1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing and using Agentforce Decision Lab ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Service.
2. Service Description
Agentforce Decision Lab is a Salesforce managed package that evaluates your organization's readiness for Agentforce deployment. The Service provides:
- 9-dimension readiness scoring
- AI-powered analysis of your Salesforce data
- Actionable recommendations
- PDF reports for stakeholders
3. Beta Release
This is a Public Beta release. The Service is provided "as is" during the beta period. We are actively collecting feedback and may make breaking changes. Beta users receive free access in exchange for feedback and tolerance of potential bugs.
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your Salesforce org
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Ensuring you have proper authorization to evaluate your org's data
- Complying with your organization's data governance policies
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the Service
- Bypass any security measures or rate limits
- Use the Service to evaluate data you don't have permission to access
- Resell or sublicense the Service without written permission
6. Data Ownership & Privacy
You own your data. We never claim ownership of your Salesforce data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle data.
7. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- Scheduled maintenance
- Emergency fixes
- Third-party service outages (Salesforce, Cloudflare, Anthropic)
8. Intellectual Property
TrustLogic Lab retains all intellectual property rights to:
- The Agentforce Decision Lab software
- Scoring algorithms and methodologies
- Documentation and educational materials
- Trademarks and branding
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.
9. Pricing & Billing
Public Beta: Available now as part of our beta program.
Future Plans: We will communicate any changes to access or pricing with advance notice. Beta users will receive preferential consideration.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee:
- That evaluation scores are 100% accurate
- That following recommendations will guarantee Agentforce success
- That the Service will meet your specific requirements
Agentforce Decision Lab is an evaluation tool, not a consulting service. Final deployment decisions are yours to make.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the last 12 months (currently $0 during beta)
- We are not liable for losses resulting from Agentforce deployment decisions
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify TrustLogic Lab against claims arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of applicable laws
- Your misuse of the Service
13. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with:
- Salesforce: Subject to Salesforce's terms
- Anthropic (Claude): Subject to Anthropic's terms
- Cloudflare: Subject to Cloudflare's terms
We are not responsible for third-party service outages or policy changes.
14. Termination
You can terminate at any time by uninstalling the managed package from your Salesforce org.
We can terminate or suspend access if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the Service.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via:
- Email notification
- In-app banner
- Website announcement
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, where TrustLogic Lab operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in Irish courts.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
18. No Agency
These Terms do not create a partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between you and TrustLogic Lab.
19. Export Compliance
The Service may be subject to export control laws. You agree to comply with all applicable export regulations.
