Quick Start Guide

Get up and running with Agentforce Decision Lab in 3 simple steps. Total setup time: 3 minutes.

Enable Lightning Web Security

Lightning Web Security is required for the app to run properly. This is a one-time Salesforce org setting.

  1. Click the ⚙️ Setup gear icon (top-right corner)
  2. In Quick Find box, search: "Session Settings"
  3. Scroll down to find "Lightning Web Security" section
  4. Check the box: "Use Lightning Web Security for Lightning web components"
  5. Click Save
⚠️ Important: This setting affects your entire org. If you're unsure, check with your Salesforce admin. Lightning Web Security is the modern security architecture recommended by Salesforce.

Activate Remote Site

This allows the app to connect to our secure Cloudflare Workers endpoint for AI processing. Your data is never stored.

  1. Go to Setup → Quick Find: "Remote Site Settings"
  2. Click New Remote Site
  3. Fill in the following details:

Remote Site Name: TrustLogicLab
Remote Site URL: https://api.trustlogiclab.com
Active: ✓ Checked
Description: Agentforce Decision Lab API
  1. Click Save
✓ Security Note: We use Cloudflare Workers to keep your Anthropic API key secure. The key never touches your Salesforce org, and your data is never retained or stored.

Assign Permission Set

Grant users access to Agentforce Decision Lab by assigning the permission set.

  1. Go to Setup → Quick Find: "Permission Sets"
  2. Find and click: Agentforce_Decision_Lab_User
  3. Click Manage Assignments
  4. Click Add Assignments
  5. Select the users who should have access
  6. Click Assign
⚠️ Important - Log Out Required: After assigning the permission set, users must log out and log back in for permissions to take effect. This is a Salesforce requirement.

Launch the App

You're all set! Here's how to run your first evaluation.

  1. Click the App Launcher (9 dots, top-left corner)
  2. Search: "Agentforce Decision Lab"
  3. Click to open the app
  4. Select an object (Case, Lead, or Opportunity recommended)
  5. Answer 4 quick questions about your business
  6. Click "Run Evaluation"
✓ Next Step: Your evaluation will complete in 30-60 seconds. You'll get a readiness score (0-10), top 3 priority fixes, and a downloadable PDF report.
